What we like: While contains lots of splendid features like popular model Anolon Advance, this Anolon Advanced Bronze Collection dresses more style with bronze finish. Hard-anodized aluminum with special process makes more heavy-duty and extremely durable. There’s no disappointing for cooking performance–fully nonstick surfaces allow cooking easy without oil even for making beautiful egg recipes.

The cookware structure should be highlighted. Comparing to many others nonstick (even some hard anodized products) in the market, it does makes the sense of solid, well-made and durable touch. The weight is nice, not too much light found in junky gear or too heavy like quality stainless steel tools. Other delighted features are stay-cool grips, break-resistant glass lids and oven safe to 400 degrees.

Talking to the size, the set also suits for daily routine and pro cooking. We really adore the combination of this set. The 3 different size pots, large (8-quart) stock pot and skillet are practical for most recipes. A shallow grill pan is useful piece which may be pleased those who like steak or grilled recipes.
